I love anything that is made in a slow cooker.
My daughter makes this recipe from skinny taste.com all the time!
I had it over salad but my son liked it on a wrap : )
To make this awesome dinner you will need these items.
4 skinless boneless chicken breasts
2 Tablespoon reduced sodium taco seasonings
1 teaspoon cumin
2 cups canned black beans well rinsed
2 cups chunky salsa
mexican shredded cheese
It’s so easy it’s shameful.
Place the chicken in the slow cooker and season with taco seasoning and cumin.
Pour the beans over the chicken and top with salsa.
Cover and cook on low for 4 hours. Use 2 forks to shred the chicken and mix it up.
Put it over lettuce and sprinkle with cheese.
Serve guacamole on the side or sour cream which is my sons favorite.
