This is my new favorite smoothie.
I’ve had it for breakfast the past two mornings.
1 frozen banana, cut in chunks
1 cup chocolate almond milk
1 Tablespoon almonds
1/4 cup old fashioned oats
a handful of ice
Blend until smooth.
It almost tastes like a Wendy’s Frosty.
