I have made this smoothie three days in a row and it is satisfying my sweet craving!
It is also low-fat but I did add a couple mini chocolate chips on top : )
1/2 cup of low fat yogurt
2 Tablespoons of peanut butter
1 1/2 Tablespoons of honey
1/2 cup of skim milk
and a handful of ice.
I have a blend tec that I use.
I’m sure you could also use a regular blender.
