These were so moist and delicious.
I love the fresh strawberries in the batter.
For the cupcakes:
3 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
2 sticks butter
2 1/4 cups sugar
1 egg white
1 cup milk
1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups diced strawberries
Directions for these yummy cupcakes:
1. Combine dry ingredients
2. Cream together butter and sugar.
3. Add eggs to butter mixture one at a time.
4. Add dry ingredients and milk in alternating batches to mixture.
