Pictured is boneless skinless breasts but it’s much better with bones and skin on.
You can bake this or just let it marinade over night and put it on a grill.
Baste it with the extra sauce.
I baked mine for an hour on 350 degrees.
For the sauce you need:
1 bottle of plain barbecue sauce
1 small jar of apricot preserves
Thyme to mix in
It went well with the roasted potatoes (see recipe) and melon balls!
