This should really say to feed the monsters and their mommy because this is my favorite.

Peanut Butter and Jelly Smoothie
1/2 cup of Strawberry Yogurt
1 Tbs. Old Fashioned Oats
2 Tbs. Peanut Butter
2 Tbs. vanilla almond milk
A handful of ice
The original recipe was in Real Simple magazine but it is a little different.
It uses strawberries, plain yogurt, vanilla flavoring and honey.
I just think it’s easier with strawberry yogurt and I couldn’t taste the difference.
You could also use regular milk and/or greek yogurt.
I’ve even thought about using vanilla yogurt and actual jelly.
I think the less ingredients the better personally.
Simple and delicious!
